Engineering Team Leader

How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of electrical and mechanical engineers and designers.
- Oversee design activities for quoting and production of pad-mounted and Unit SUB transformers.
- Manage budgets and deliver on cost-reduction and product development goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of designs and drawings aligned with customer specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and engineering processes.
- Support manufacturing operations with engineering expertise.
- Engage directly with customers to resolve design issues and enhance product performance.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum of 12 years of engineering experience, including team leadership.Proven track record in project management and process optimization.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in a manufacturing or factory setting.Preferred : Experience in transformer design or power industry engineering.More About Us
