Sargent Electric Company is a full-service electrical contractor, managing all phases of construction and operations across projects of every scale—from large commercial and industrial builds to specialized small projects.

With offices in five states and projects active across 12 states, we offer students the chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, growing industry.

Opportunities Available We are seeking paid  Interns and Co-Ops to join our teams in the following areas :

  • Field Engineering – Work alongside experienced professionals on active job sites, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
  • Estimating – Contribute to project bid proposals and cost analysis across diverse markets.

Who We’re Looking For Students pursuing majors in :

  • Construction Engineering Electrical Engineering Civil Engineering General Engineering What You’ll Gain Practical, real-world experience on challenging and meaningful projects Exposure to multiple market sectors including commercial, industrial, infrastructure, power, wireless, renewables and utilities.  Mentorship from industry professionals and leaders A strong foundation for a rewarding career in electrical contracting.
