We are seeking an experienced Space Data Operations Manager to lead a comprehensive Space Data Insights program. This strategic role is responsible for managing CAFM / IWMS systems, drawing management, data governance, and reporting across the client's global real estate portfolio. The Space Data Operation Manager should have a solid understanding of Occupancy Planning and how the space data plays a role in defining the client's global real estate vision.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Governance
Support alignment of CAFM data standards and governance protocols with client's teams
Assist in developing and managing reporting cycles and stakeholder communications
Help maintain processes for updating CAFM space and occupancy data
Coordinate with JLL technology team to ensure dashboard and reporting accuracy
Support timeline coordination with Site Audit Program implementation
Drawing & Document Management
Assist in implementing CAD drawing standards and governance procedures
Support electronic document and drawing storage management on client's platforms
Help manage drawing check-in / check-out processes and access controls
Track and coordinate drawing mark-ups and changes with internal client CAD teams
Ensure as-built environment updates are properly documented and implemented
CAFM / IWMS Operations Support
Support JLL Data Governance team partnerships with client resources
Assist in maintaining client's space and occupancy data standards
Help manage data compliance with defined standards and protocols
Track space and occupancy updates through client's ServiceNow Application
Collaborate with Client CAFM Admin and
JLL Technology team for CAFM (Archibus) enhancements, including, but not limited to requirements gathering and production solutions.
Audit & Quality Assurance
Support development of global data quality and space audit processes
Assist in resource recommendations for data quality process execution
Help ensure continued accuracy of space and occupancy data
Space Allocation & Chargeback Support
Collaborate with client to create process and standards for tracking all allocation / chargeback needs
Assist in managing allocation tracking and reporting processes
Support chargeback data verification and CAFM tool maintenance
Help create and distribute chargeback reports to client finance teams
Ensure data accuracy for chargeback execution
Reporting & Analytics
Support timely CAFM updates for moves / adds / changes and construction activities
Assist in defining and tracking "Metrics that Matter" for client's real estate objectives
Help maintain interactive dashboards and summary reporting
Support QBR and Annual Review preparation and execution
Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and utilization analysis
Support utilization tool management and coordination with development teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Management, Real Estate, or related field
5-7 years' experience in data management, CAFM / IWMS systems, or real estate operations
CAFM Experience Required, Archibus preferred.
SQL Report Understanding and Writing experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with space management software (Archibus preferred)
Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow applications
Background in corporate real estate or facilities management
Knowledge of CAD drawing management and standards
Experience with dashboard development and data visualization
Project management certification or experience

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and time zones
Process improvement mindset
Strong technical aptitude for learning new systems

Estimated compensation for this position :
135,000.00 - 143,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
