- Must have Lead capabilities with a minimum of 3-5 Years.
- Banking Experience is a must (Commercial, Retail, Investment Banking)
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in quality control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
Responsibilities
Focus on designing / creating plans and ensuring that the quality requirements adhere to the organization's policies.Responsible for ensuring the plan is apt considering its performance, reliability, functionality, and compatibility.They should possess knowledge of quality assurance testing tools.Good Expertise in Agile Methodology & Test ProcessesShould have working Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality EngineeringFunctional TestingIntegration TestingE2E TestingRegression TestingAutomationPerformance Engineering (Good to have)Implementing and leveraging automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.Operating a project management effort in collaboration with cross-functional Teams to ensure proper workload distribution and resource allocation based on real-time requirements.Facilitating knowledge transfer between onshore and offshore teams through regular communication.Developing and implementing test plans for product defectsReviewing and approving test resultsDeveloping and tracking test metricsHelping maintain the quality of products.Working closely with the product team on the design and development of new featuresCreating and maintaining documentation and tutorialsImplementing new processes and creating new tools to automate testing.Establishing a robust metrics framework with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvementThey collect all the essential statistics required and identify the root cause analysis method to identify the defect.Reduction in employee attrition ratesProvide knowledge / Knowledge transfer to new joiners.Develops a good rapport between the management and the employees.Handling various resources at the workplace
