Automotive Service Technician Job Requirements

• Verifiable Training and Certifications
• Team Oriented
• Must Pass Background and Drug Screen
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record test
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience as an automotive technician
• Attention to detail
• Organization and follow-up skills
• Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record

What are the day-to-day responsibilities ?

Automotive Service Technician Job Description

Functions as a skilled-level technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas, in addition to being specialized in particular areas of repair, and who has previously worked as an Auto Service Technician;

Who Would I Interact With?

This position interacts daily with Service Advisors, other Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates and Managers, just to name a few.
