A company is looking for an Administrative Support professional.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform office operations including filing, organizing, copying, scanning, answering phones, and distributing materials
Organize, file, compile, and distribute correspondence and other documents
Provide general guidance and assistance to customer inquiries via telephone, written communication, and in person
Assist departmental staff with clerical and administrative tasks and projects
Key Qualifications :
1 year of experience in an office or clerical field
High School Diploma or GED in a general field of study
Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy while managing a diverse workload
Basic skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software with intermediate PC proficiency
