We have an incredible culture with a passion to drive care to the ethnically diverse, indigent, and houseless communityJOB DESCRIPTION : -The ideal candidate will integrate with both the staff and community, immersing themselves amongst our diverse patient population. -They must have the ability to work independently and autonomously without additional supervision or oversight. -Responsibilities include medication management for an established patient panel, infirmed with chronic illness-Some joint injections may be required, however, they are minimal. Nerve root ablations, facet joint injections, etc. are not the need for the patient panel here. -EMR : eCWQualifications : -Experienced in pain management procedures -Lives / ability to comfortably commute to our health center location-NY state-licensed-BE / BC
