Automotive Warranty Claims Processor

A company is looking for a Warranty Claims Processor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Review dealer claims for warranty reimbursement and ensure accurate processing

Communicate necessary claim corrections and guide dealers through the reimbursement process

Maintain relationships with dealerships to provide excellent customer experiences

Required Qualifications :

High School Graduate (bachelor's degree or higher preferred)

Automotive repair experience of at least 3 years

Knowledge of the working mechanics of vehicles

1 year or more of customer service experience

Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
