Farrish Automotive is growing, and we're looking for experienced, driven, and customer-focused Finance Managers to join our teams at both of our top-performing dealerships : Farrish Subaru and Farrish Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Fairfax, VA!

What You'll Do :

  • Secure financing and leasing solutions for customers through our network of lenders
  • Present aftermarket products to customers with transparency and enthusiasm
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maximize dealership profitability while delivering a top-tier customer experience
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive performance and close deals efficiently

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager in a franchised automotive dealership
  • Strong knowledge of F&I laws, lending options, and product presentations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • CDK experience required. Darwin experience is a plus
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service focus
  • CDJR and / or Subaru experience a plus
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
