Job Title : Medical Director
About the Role :
A leading clinical research organization is seeking a Medical Director to provide medical oversight of Phase I–IV clinical trials, including specialties such as Psychiatry, Acute Post-Op Pain, Dermatology, GI, and Neurology . The role is responsible for ensuring participant safety, regulatory compliance, and the integrity of clinical trial data across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide medical direction and supervision of all clinical trial activities.
- Ensure participant safety and adherence to study protocols.
- Develop, implement, and monitor site policies and quality improvement programs.
- Assist with protocol feasibility and development as requested by sponsors or CROs.
- Participate in management reviews, study initiations, monitoring visits, and audits.
- Review clinical trial protocols and provide recommendations.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate site personnel.
- Maintain strict compliance with FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and internal SOPs.
