Our client is a self-perform general contractor that is well-known across the US, mostly in the Midwest. They work on mostly municipal projects ranging from $2-$30M in scope. Other projects include commercial and industrial projects across Indianapolis, IN and Noblesville, IN.

Job Description

Supporting the APMs, PEs, and other project managers as needed

Project planning from precon to completion on ground up projects and occupied spaces

Master schedule creation and ensuring deadlines are met

Lead weekly OAC meetings along with Supers or Project Executives

Review and approve change orders, RFIs

Review documentation from PEs and APMs

Client and architecture communication

The Successful Applicant

5-7 years of experience in project management preferably with a general contractor

Experience with municipal projects

Live in Hamilton County

Proficient in Procore

Bachelors degree in construction management or related
