Job Summary :

In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing individualized direct preoperative care to in- and outpatients. Using your expertise, you will assess patient needs, develop comprehensive care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individualized care requirements
• Develop and implement tailored care plans to address patient needs
• Provide education to patients and families on disease prevention, health promotion, and self-care strategies
