The Medi-Weightloss weight loss program was developed based on the five keys to wellness : nutrition, fitness, medicine, education, and motivation.

Patient Coordinator Responsibilities :

Manage all aspects of the Internet Lead System including inbound & outbound support, call & text tracking, and patient scheduling.
Answer inbound calls from potential patients inquiring about the program and / or requesting to schedule an initial consultation.
Conducts follow up calls to patients to discuss the patient’s progress and address any missed appointments.
Consultation- through individual consultations, present the company services and promote the value plans. Conducted assessments / initial consultations and converted leads to new patients.
Perform insurance verification and pre-authorization
Assist front desk duties

Patient Coordinator Requirements

Experience working in a Medical, Dental, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic or similar office.

Sales experience

Ability to work on Saturday from 7 am to 1 pm

Patient Coordinator Other Skills / Abilities

Must be able to multi-task, apply critical thinking skills, and provide highest level of customer service at all levels of the operation

Interpersonal / human relations skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Must demonstrate excellent communication skills both oral and written

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both over the phone and face-to-face.

Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Must have a CAN DO attitude
