Nursing Manager- Hospice (Haverhill)

At Tufts Medicine Care at Home , we believe every patient and family deserves compassionate, dignified, and expert end-of-life care. We are seeking a Nursing Manager to oversee our dedicated team at High Pointe House in Haverhill as well as hospice care across skilled nursing facility settings.

This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patients and families while guiding and developing a team of exceptional clinicians.
