We’re seeking a sharp, energetic Executive Assistant / Operations Support Specialist to help keep our fast-paced, project-driven environment running smoothly. You’ll be the right hand to a dynamic and hands-on Manager of New Business Development - someone who’s constantly on the move, balancing client relations, sales growth, and new opportunities.

Executive Support :
- Act as a proactive extension of the executive in daily operations.
- Manage schedules, meetings, travel itineraries, and follow-ups.
- Track business and personal to-do lists, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Client & Team Communication :
Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and vendors via phone, email, and text.Serve as a key point of contact when the executive is in the field or traveling.Support customer service needs and help maintain strong client relationships.Marketing & Social Media :
Assist with implementing social media strategies and posting schedules.Help craft brand-appropriate messages and creative marketing ideas.Support promotional campaigns, photoshoots, and small event coordination.Administrative & General Support :
Prepare documents, proposals, presentations, and correspondence.Organize and manage digital files, project photos, and receipts.Take initiative to streamline systems and anticipate needs before they arise.Project Coordination & Follow-Up :
Enter new projects into internal systems and track all related details.Follow up with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track.Maintain visibility on open tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
