Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Transactions Attorney to join our team and handle a wide range of sophisticated business and real estate transactions.

• Job Description
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and joint venture agreements
• Advise clients on corporate governance, business structuring, and compliance matters
• Support clients across industries in mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify risks and provide strategic legal solutions
• Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing with minimal supervision
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing (Texas preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in commercial transactions, corporate law, or real estate law
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and communicate effectively with clients
