Qualifications

Education Level : Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

Licensure / Certification Requirements :

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Completion of required continuing education regarding the care of acute stroke patients

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $36.74 - $63.19 per hour . This range reflects a good faith minimum and maximum for the role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including experience, qualifications, location, and shifts worked.
