Clinical Role :
Seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our practice at the state's largest, most comprehensive NICU and PICU, in Las Vegas, NV. Join A Practice In A Location That offers a multitude of opportunities to live, work and play
At least 1 year of current inpatient Hospitalist work experience is required. Must be able to provide at interview the last 12 months' worth of case logs from a hospital setting
Full-time (2016 hours annually) BC / BE Pediatrician
Varied shifts - combination of in-house and call from home
Team of 8 Pediatric Hospitalists
46-bed pediatric floor
Average daily census of 25-30 patients
Supported by our affiliated group of in-house pediatric intensivists in the 24-bed PICU and the 14-bed CVICU, and our group of pediatric emergency medicine physicians in the 30-bed pediatric ER
The 72-bed Level IV NICU is covered by our affiliated neonatology practice
Academic affiliation with the University of Nevada School of Medicine is available with pediatric and family practice residents rotating through the practice
Complimented by a near full array of pediatric sub-specialty support
The state's only dedicated tertiary-care children's facility with a level II Trauma Center
The state's largest, most comprehensive NICU and PICU
Sharing a campus with Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, a 834-bed facility serving the local community for 55 years
Joint Commission accredited, Consumer Choice Award for 15 consecutive years, among many other accolades
This is a full-time, permanent position that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview
Open to experienced providers and recent graduate candidates - TRULY Board Eligible within 5 years of eligibility and working toward Board Certification
