AdventHealth Medical Group is looking for a dynamic and quality focused nocturnist to join our growing team of hospitalists at our highly rated, 300 bed Hospital in Tavares, FL.!

We are seeking a physician who will model and lead excellence in clinical practice, doctor-patient relationships, and professionalism while maintaining AdventHealth s Mission, Vision, Values.

The AdventHealth Waterman team consists of (16) day physicians, (2) swing (4) nocturnists, and (2) Day APP s . Our hospitalists work in teams rotating a 7 on 7 off schedule. Our shifts run from (7a-7p) and (7p-7a) - 182 shifts per year.

Collectively, the AdventHealth Medical Group Hospitalists cover 5 hospitals in Volusia and Lake counties, allowing opportunities for collegial cross-coverage and additional shift pick-ups with generous compensation at campuses other than the primary campus.
