Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in endpoint management and support
• Expertise in JAMF Pro administration for macOS devices
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for Windows environments
• Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and security protocols
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) for automation
