Overview

Google’s UX leaders help define and drive the future of Google design. They create and clarify product strategy, conceptualize UX ecosystems, and inspire teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You’ll guide the careers of your team, collaborate with leaders across UX, Engineering, and Product Management, and drive high-quality, user-centered experiences for YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Understand video viewer user needs, develop and advocate UX strategies to empower engagement on YouTube.
• Represent the UX team in strategic discussions and decision-making processes.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
• Manage and mentor a team of UX Designers.
• Collaborate with UX, Program Management (PM), Engineering, and YouTube leads to make YouTube the best home for creation.

Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000-$265,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share the specific range for your location during the hiring process. Note that compensation details reflect base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
