We're searching for a proven leader who can not only oversee complex accounting operations but also redefine and elevate them - building high-performing teams, modernizing revenue processes, and partnering closely with executives to drive the company's continued growth and success.

What You'll Do :

Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Oversee all aspects of revenue accounting , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights.

Drive strategic initiatives and lead transformative change across the organization's accounting and financial operations.

Implement best-in-class processes, systems, and controls to support scalability and long-term growth.

Partner with executive leadership to shape financial strategy and influence decision-making at the highest level.

What We're Looking For :

CPA highly preferred - strong technical accounting expertise required.

Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving organizational change and transformation.

Extensive experience in revenue accounting within complex or large-scale environments.

Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at all levels and lead through change.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

 Compensation : $200,000 - $225,000 + bonus

 Location : Hybrid - Indianapolis, IN
