Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Scale Operations : Architect and lead the processes that will take SI from $30M to $100M+ in revenue with sustainable margins.
• Process Champion : Build repeatable, efficient systems that allow for rapid scaling without losing agility or culture.
• Technology-Forward Leadership : Drive adoption of tools and innovations that keep SI at the forefront of the industry.
• Manufacturing Mastery : Optimize multi-site manufacturing and supply chain operations for both domestic and international facilities.
• ERP Expertise : Oversee and guide multiple NetSuite implementations and optimizations, ensuring finance, operations, sales, and manufacturing systems are seamlessly integrated.
• Culture & People : Lead with energy and vision, supporting a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and fun.
