Responsibilities as an Entry Level Management Trainee :

Attend regularly scheduled meetings to gain knowledge on sales techniques products or services and to stay up-to-date with new deals or sales promotions

Set the example as a leader and demonstrate our company values of recognition, respect, accountability, and trust

Develop trusting connections by promoting a positive experience, engaging and educating customers, and referring as appropriate

Learn all aspects of the business consulting industry through our management trainee program and shadowing our senior management staff

Assist customers with any questions, problems, and concerns related to products, services, or sales promotions

Coach, and motivate team members to drive sales revenue that delivers exceptional customer service
