Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence : Provide outstanding service to guests, maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor at all times. Demonstrate a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Communication : Effectively convey information and ideas, and address guest inquiries and issues promptly. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Problem-Solving : Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to resolve guest concerns.
• Multitasking : Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Financial Skills : Work with and understand financial information, performing basic arithmetic functions as needed.
