Key Responsibilities
Assess training opportunities and provide training to team
Create and analyze reports, and conduct payer or practice line analysis
Support team with daily workflow, quality assurance audits, and other tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of RCM Operations and department tasks
2+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products; Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Ability to prioritize workflow and work autonomously
Demonstrates leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills
