What You'll Do

Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical assessments.
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Implement interventions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
Evaluate and document patient progress throughout your shift.
Modify care plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient condition changes.
Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
Promote professional development for yourself and team members.
Ensure patient safety and quality care through evidence-based practices.

What You'll Bring

Current Illinois RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

College diploma in Nursing.
