Quality Control Manager (QC), Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) at Glynco, GA

Quality Control Manager : Pending contract award, CGS's Core Government Services is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager (QC) for our support to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA.

Description : Our QC will have full authority and responsibility to ensure our services meet the strict specifications, standards, and regulations of all deliverable requirements. The key duties include developing quality management plans, contract compliance, conducting inspections, analyzing performance data, investigating customer complaints, training staff on quality procedures, and communicating quality performance to government stakeholders.

Duties and Qualifications :

• BA / BS degree in a relevant field like engineering, business, or a related science. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.
• Supplemental experience with a minimum of three (3) years of employment in a position with comparable responsibilities in quality control management within the last 10 years.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of some type of commercial quality control plans and possess knowledge of, or experience with, areas of RPS or services of comparable magnitude.
• Must be able to coordinate and adjust personal work schedule to fulfill the requirements of the contract including travel, observation of night exercises, and accompanying the government contracting officer and representative during inspections.
• Effective communicator who maintains clear and effective communication with government leaders, instructors, role players, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to pass a National Agency Background Check with Local Agency Checks and Inquiries (NACLC) or a more in-depth investigation. Government Secret or higher security clearance preferred.

Pay and Benefits :

Working Conditions : Onsite at the FLETC in Glynco, GA.

Required Travel : Minimal

Work hours : 0730 – 1630 Monday - Friday
