Key Responsibilities
Partner with Recruiting leadership to optimize talent acquisition strategies and analyze recruiting funnel metrics
Collect, clean, and analyze HR data to deliver workforce insights and build dashboards for leadership support
Apply predictive modeling techniques to forecast hiring needs and improve recruiting efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
2-4 years of experience in HR or TA analytics, business intelligence, or workforce planning
Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or similar tools
Experience with Workday and pre-hire assessments
Familiarity with predictive analytics techniques applied to talent acquisition or workforce data
