Requirements

Experience & Skills : 5+ years of experience in janitorial or residential house cleaning. Deep knowledge of effective cleaning methods, tools, and materials. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Proven ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards. Physical & Work Requirements : Ability to lift 25–30 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for long periods. Comfortable working in diverse home settings. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Professional Qualities : Reliable, professional, and committed to quality. Leads by example and encourages teamwork. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
