Job Description
A growing technology delivery team is seeking a Product Owner to drive cross-functional coordination and delivery of platform initiatives. In this role, you'll bridge business and technical teams, manage backlogs, and define priorities that align with user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities :
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to support continuous delivery of features and improvementsServe as the primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams to clarify requirements and set clear expectationsCollaborate with BAs and QAs on the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plansSchedule and coordinate product releases and sprint planning activitiesAnalyze user feedback and data to refine product direction and roadmapQualifications and Requirements :
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum MasterStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycleExperience using tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOpsProven ability to manage priorities, communicate effectively, and translate business needs into deliverablesPreferred :
Experience in continuous delivery and integration environmentsFamiliarity with the insurance or financial services industryBackground in business analysis or project managementStrong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skillsAbility to write and decompose user stories and test casesWork Authorization & Employment Status Requirement s

The Pay Rate range for this position is $56 - $67 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note that hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
