job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMileage reimbursement provided Weekend shift differential : $25 / hour Evening / Night shift differential : $25 / hour (6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM) Delivering age-appropriate care based on residents' physical and psychological needs Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Obtaining and recording vital signs Providing psychosocial support and personal care Facilitating safe transfers and mobility for residents Creating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks Documenting resident interactions and communicating changes to the charge nurse Supporting wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident participation Experience : Long-term care experience preferred (6 months preferred, 3 months required) Education : High school diploma or GED preferred Certification : Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of starting Additional Certification : Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) certification may be required depending on the facility Skills : Strong communication and documentation skills, ability to work as part of a team Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Work / life balance benefits A generous time-off package to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance
