Join our team as a Customer Data Management Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Establishing entry priorities to ensure timely processing of data.
- Reviewing customer and account source documents for deficiencies and resolving them through standard procedures.
- Inputting alphabetic and numeric information using a keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
- Verifying entered customer and account data, and making necessary corrections by reviewing or re-entering data.
- Combining data from various systems when account information is incomplete.
- Regularly purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Conducting tests of customer and account system changes and upgrades by entering new data.
- Securing information by performing database backups.
- Maintaining operations by adhering to company policies and procedures, and reporting any necessary changes.
- Protecting customer confidentiality and contributing to team efforts to achieve related results.
