Java Technical Lead

A company is looking for a Java Technical Lead to drive complex system integrations and mentor development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions integrating Salesforce with existing airline systems

Guide a team of developers and provide hands-on mentoring while coordinating with client technical teams

Design scalable web applications and RESTful APIs, and develop integration strategies between Salesforce and legacy systems

Required Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical lead role

Strong proficiency in Java, particularly with Spring Boot and microservices architecture

Extensive experience integrating with Salesforce APIs and designing enterprise web applications

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and understanding of CI / CD pipelines

Previous experience in the commercial airline or travel industry is preferred
