Locum - Dickinson, North Dakota, Emergency Medicine Job (IMLC Accepted)

Open Dates : Dec 21st - 24th (7a - 7p); ongoing dates

Shift : 7a-7p; nights 7p-7a

1.5 patients per hour on average

12 hours of mid-level assistance during peak hours

EMR - Meditech

Must be comfortable with all ages

A minimum of 250 case logs in the last year

The state of ND requires ATLS for any EM provider practicing in the state

Must be comfortable with all procedures (Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines, Critical Care, Procedural Sedation, Airway Management OB / GYN and Deliveries, Adult and Pediatric resuscitation)

Feels more like a big hospital, but it's actually a critical access hospital. A lot of support staff that you find at a bigger hospital

Credentialing timeline; 4 weeks, or shorter. Will do temps

Client would prefer local candidates and will prioritize those over travel candidates

Must have PALS, ATLS, ACLS, DEA

ABEM preferred; FM / IM with extensive ED experience including Trauma (at least 3 years with a minimum of 250 case logs in the last calendar year, prior work in level II trauma center or academic center)

Required to be boarded

Active ND license or IMLC required - license preferred
