Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage events from conception to execution.

Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure services and logistics.

Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and event checklists.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown.

Provide post-event analysis and recommendations for improvement.

Maintain excellent communication with clients to understand and meet expectations.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
