Senior IT Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of IT Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and performance management

Define and execute the IT automation and DevOps roadmap aligned with organizational goals

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive operational excellence

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in IT engineering or DevOps, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven experience with automation tools and scripting languages

Deep understanding of CI / CD, IaC, containerization, and cloud platforms

Strong background in systems monitoring and observability

Experience implementing best practices and integrating security in pipelines
