About you As a trusted and reliable member of our team, you bring a positive client service approach that benefits everyone you work with. You love diving deep into research and financial analysis to provide ultimate solutions and proposals to your clients. You are passionate about commercial real estate and looking for an opportunity to expand your knowledge in the industry.

In this role, you will

• Optimize client's real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios.
• Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow.
• You are passionate about providing exceptional service to your clients and you are able to do this through providing analytical tools and cost-effective analysis that can influence purchase decisions.
• Assist in developing content and writing presentations and offering memoranda.
• You have excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment and are comfortable providing support in client presentations, responses to RFP's and new business pitches.
• You excel in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy in terms of financial analysis.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

What success looks like

Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive / foster parents) of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.

Bonus This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.

Approximate Salary Range for Role : $100,000 to $130,000 Area / Location Specific : New Jersey Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
