Data Quality Analyst

Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Data Quality Analyst for an end client requirement.

Our client is looking for someone with SQL database knowledge, CRM experience (preferably with

Blackbaud), and familiarity with Microsoft analytical tools like SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.

Essential Functions :

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for data management and data quality within the CRM system
• Assist in the development of a Strategic Roadmap for the CRM System
• Understand business strategy, and provide recommendations for data and data quality management
• Take ownership of assigned items to drive resolution
• Communicate impacts of data and data quality efforts to project deliverables and CRM system functionality to the CRM System Manager
• Work with CRM business owners to ensure data policies are established and followed
• Build and maintain daily, weekly and monthly data integrity checks
• Identify areas of concern and work with departments to resolve or mitigate data and data quality issues
• Participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyze requirements and make recommendations related to data management and data quality
• Assist in project validation and testing
• Up to 10% travel required
