Job Description

What does the job involve?

Industrial Painter / Blasters are responsible for maintaining technical equipment for the job, ensuring that they are in working order and possessing a wide array of painting and blasting tools.

What will my responsibilities include?

Review schedule and prioritize daily work schedule to paint and blast to meet customer delivery requirements. Ensure that all safety standards are maintained.

• Review inventory against anticipated work load to maintain adequate stocking levels. Prepare requisitions for re-stocking and submit to the Manufacturing Manager.
• Design and implement work methods and procedures to increase productivity and improve service.
• Organize and maintain paint booth and blast area to achieve clean and efficient operations. Safely dispose of all waste that’s generated during these processes.
• Responsible for masking units / product, mixing viscosity, spraying, etc.
• Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.
