Description

Performs general maintenance for the interior and exterior areas of ICGR Clubhouses, maintenance and adjacent buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality of appearance for interior and exterior of the clubhouse, maintenance and adjacent buildings; perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of these premises. This includes painting, washing, polishing, and repairing all inside and outside fixtures.
  • Clean and service all restrooms, valet driveway and patio areas.
  • Work with outside vendor companies to ensure jobs are performed as contracted. May assist vendors as directed by GM.
  • Tours complex daily identifying items requiring facilities or housekeeping services.
  • Monitor testing instruments effectively to identify and resolve problems.
  • Perform timely repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC refrigeration, boilers, chillers, and other equipment.
  • Accurately document all repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Receive and review all engineering work order requests to determine problems and resolutions.

    • Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years maintenance experience in related field
  • General maintenance and trade knowledge
  • HVAC, plumbing, painting and carpentry skills; HVAC certification preferred

    • Working Conditions / Physical Demands

    To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the entire property, including roof areas, crawl spaces, basements, and all interior and exterior spaces. Must be able to stand for extended periods, with a moderate noise level in the work environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and / or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
