Location :  San Angelo, TX

Job Type : Permanent

Shift :  Tues-Fri (11a-9p)

Job Description : Must have :

High school diploma

Graduate from an approved School of Radiologic Technology

BLS

MRT License from the State of Texas

ARRT(R)

Performs a variety of x-ray procedures to include diagnostic, fluoro, OR / C-Arm.  Additional duties may include EKG, phlebotomy, obtaining vital signs and other tasks as needed.  Rotating call. Assists with room set up and keeps the patient care areas well stocked.  The Radiologic Technologist, under general supervision of a Radiologist, performs radiology procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients as requested by a physician or other licensed provider for the diagnosis of disease and injury in accordance with established protocols.

Safely operates a variety of mobile and stationary x-ray units to produce high quality images under the supervision of a Radiologist and in accordance with ALARA principles
