You will be the Production IPT Lead, responsible for driving the production of components and assemblies in Troy. Our team is focused on delivering high-quality products efficiently and effectively, and we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production IPT Lead to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing As the Production IPT Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, project ownership, and support to site manufacturing teams to ensure the efficient and effective production of high-quality products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize production workflows, and will be responsible for ensuring that Troy meets cost, schedule, and quality targets. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing technical expertise, project ownership, and support to site manufacturing teams
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize production workflows
• Ensuring that Troy meets cost, schedule, and quality targets
• Providing coaching and guidance to empower team members to take ownership of specific aspects of the recovery plan
• Understanding the multisite critical path to ensure efficient allocation of resources and resolve any schedule delays
• Developing, preparing, and presenting business case analyses and justifications for funding
