Project Manager - Office & Healthcare Interiors

Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

Oversee healthcare projects in occupied hospital environments, ensuring compliance with ICRA and CHC protocols.

Lead corporate interior renovations for office, retail, and hospitality spaces.

Maintain project documentation, schedules, and financials.

Ensure adherence to NYC building codes and safety standards.

Competitive base salary : $130K-$200K, based on experience.

Discretionary performance bonuses.

10-25 years of experience in Project Manager - Office & Healthcare Interiors.

Proven track record with corporate interiors and healthcare renovations.

Experience working in occupied hospital settings with knowledge of ICRA and CHC.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Stable work history with reputable NYC general contractors.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
