Seven Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ultrasound Sonographer for a full-time, permanent position in San Francisco, California . This opportunity is perfect for a diagnostic imaging professional who is passionate about patient care and proficient in conducting high-quality ultrasound exams in a dynamic clinical environment offering $160,000 to $190,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As an Ultrasound Sonographer, you will :

Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams in accordance with physician orders

Operate ultrasound equipment safely and effectively across multiple modalities (e.g., abdominal, OB / GYN, vascular, small parts)

Prepare patients for procedures and explain exam processes clearly and compassionately

Analyze images and provide preliminary findings to radiologists or referring physicians

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation

Follow strict protocols for infection control, safety, and quality assurance

Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff

Qualifications

ARDMS certification in at least one specialty (e.g., OB / GYN, Abdomen, RVT) required

California license (if applicable) or eligibility to practice in CA

BLS certification required

Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred

Proficiency in ultrasound equipment and digital PACS systems

Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
