Key Responsibilities
Work as a High-Performance Team member supporting all aspects of team performance in order to produce a high-quality product in a safe environment while complying to all policies and procedures in accordance with FDA regulations
Operate the packaging lines in the packaging department on a daily basis.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure that the products are in accordance with the specification.
Perform routine safety checks to ensure that the equipment is in a safe condition for operation.
Ensure processes quality and compliance in accordance with established procedures and standards of the Quality System.
Comply with and support the Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Achieve Performance target for Packaging Lines.
Participate in RCA for deviations.
Participate in RCA for problems / breakdowns that occur on equipment.
Perform and assist with preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance on packaging production lines.
Perform and assist with packaging production lines change overs to meet department needs.
Perform and assist with 5S and cleaning activities to always meet good manufacturing practices.
SAP functions-Batch reconciliation, Cycle Count, Material Movements, Confirmation, and Inventory control.
Work Schedule : Mon-Thurs 8pm-630am
Requirements
Minimum Level of Education Required : High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Level of Education : Technical degree or certification preferred
Area of Specialization preferred SAP experience preferred
1-5 years of experience in a production environment

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
