IT Support Analyst

Supporting the transition of headquarters operations to Charlotte. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on providing technical support to remaining HQ staff and hangar mechanics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues via phone and in person
• Build and image new computers for incoming employees
• Troubleshoot IT issues including software errors, installations, and hardware problems
• Support mechanics at the hangar post-HQ closure
• Collect, box, and ship hardware to Technical Distribution Centers in Charlotte and Dallas
• Maintain awareness of system-wide outages and escalate incidents as needed
• Communicate effectively with Level 2 support and management
• No password resets required

Tech Environment :

• Operating Systems : Windows 10 & Windows 11 (transitioning fully to Windows 11)
• Ticketing System : ServiceNow (implementation begins November)
• Other Technologies : PC hardware, laptops, printers, LAN / WAN, dot matrix printers, internal server / mainframe apps (Shares, QIK, IBM / TSO / TPX, SCEPTRE)

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• 2+ years of Help Desk or customer service experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in service desk environments
• Comfortable with face-to-face technical support (not just call center experience)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Apple Certification (Apple Genius) and / or A+ Certification preferred
• Experience Level

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00 / hr.
