About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift : Days

Hours per Shift : 10 hours (6 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM)

Experience : 3+ years of OR RN experience

License : State License required

Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Must-Have :

Strong circulating experience in a wide range of cases including DaVinci.

Cardiac experience is strongly desired.

Experience with EPIC EMR is required.

DaVinci experience and knowledge is essential.

Scrub experience is a significant plus.

Description :

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

This includes the application of the nursing process.

You will be required to participate in call scheduling, which includes one night per week and up to one weekend per month.

During winter holidays, you will be required to work two of three holidays : Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving.

Limit of one day off request is allowed between specified holiday periods for all staff.

A strong foundation in surgical procedures and the ability to work collaboratively with the surgical team are critical for success in this role.
