Baker Fertilization and Pest Control is looking for a willing, motivated, and experienced Lawn and Ornamental Spray Technician to join our ever-growing company. This Spray Technician must have the ability to perform proper fertilization and pesticide applications to high profile commercial properties throughout Central Florida while working in a team environment. Responsibilities

• Correctly performing IPM - identifying, diagnosing, and treating turf and ornamental issues while on property in a safe manner.
• Applying fertilizers & pesticides to turf & plant material in accordance with State and local regulations.
• Ensure proper mixing of products according to label instructions and product specifications.
• Ensuring the safe and proper operation of tools, vehicles, and equipment; adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper inventory levels on truck
• Maintaining a clean vehicle, trailer, and equipment
• Maintain constant communication with the Manager to ensure the proper methods / products are being utilized
• Using proper equipment to perform duties
• Completing all assigned tickets (jobs) for the day in a timely manner
• Deliver outstanding customer service in order to maintain customer retention levels
