Job Description

This position provides support to the Human Resources and Payroll Department (as needed).

Primary Responsibilities

Primary responsibility :

  • Front desk coverage
  • Answer multi-line telephone

Other duties :

  • Routing mail, emails, and faxes
  • Filing, copying, typing, sorting, and compiling various hard copy packets of information (as needed)
  • Word processing and / or data entry are required (Word and Excel)
  • Assist With Special Projects
  • Running errands on campus (as needed)
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications

    Required qualifications include :

  • Professional demeanor, ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Good communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, the ability to work independently, a positive attitude, good academic standing, and a willingness to learn.
  • Dependability is extremely important. Confidentiality required.
